When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. We will ask you to fill out several forms that will get you acquainted with our office.

Your initial exam will last approximately one hour.  On this visit, we will complete a thorough examination, which includes an oral screening exam, necessary X-rays and a periodontal exam to determine health of gums and what type of cleaning is necessary. We will also use an IntraOral camera and the Diagnodent laser cavity detector at suspicious locations during this exam.  After the exam has been completed, a treatment plan is made and reviewed. 
 

On your first visit with us, you can expect a warm and friendly experience. Dr. Jon enjoys listening to your wants and needs. He wants to help you achieve your goals when it comes to your dental health. Together, you and Dr. Jon, will develop a treatment plan customized just for you. Our knowledgeable team members are always there to assist and answer any questions you may have. We look forward to having you in our dental family!
